Haha can relate, my ADHD usually doesn't let me keep up with stuff I find tedious. Fortunately weighing food keeps my chemistry side happy.

I am not good at eyeballing a serving and measuring dry goods by volume introduces entirely too much variability to the measurements (see also: this is why I became a chemist. I am that level of type a control freak).

I do sometimes use a measuring cup or teaspoon/tablespoon for volumes. I could weigh my food. We do have a food scale. (The last time I used it was to periodically weigh the puppies we were fostering to make sure they were gaining weight.)
