.@DocBastard is rude, often crude and always condescending. I disagree with your recommendation of him.

His style is certainly not mine, but I’ve learned much from his tweets and his blog posts and appreciate his work. The question was our favorite people. I wouldn’t expect universal agreement.

I shouldn’t be surprised; you among many other provax people supported him when he made that profanity/laced tweet against the medical show-runner. It’s why I unfollowed y’all....I don’t need science with a side of misogyny in my TL.

Are you by any chance referring to "The Resident"? Because if you are, that show runner totally deserved every word of every rant directed at her by doctors who detest the way she makes doctors look like they're all dishonest hacks on her show.

Well, the only medical show runner I know who's attracted a lot of ire online from doctors is the creator of "The Resident," Amy Holden Jones, who went out of her way to attack critics on Twitter; that is, at least until she blocked them.

This is, of course, what I mean. I kind of miss @MarkHoofnagle's weekly dissections of new episodes, but I understand why he stopped doing them. Too painful.https://twitter.com/MarkHoofnagle/status/958124337411878912 …

Yes. It was that bad. The pilot was probably the worst medical drama I've ever seen aired on television, although I'm told the series got even worse after that.

It was a birthday gift to my wife, who objected to how gross and toxic all the relationships were, how bad the writing was, completely aside from the medical inaccuracy. .
