Clinical equipoise demands that one group of subjects not be subject to predictable harm by being in a clinical trial. That means you cannot ethically randomize children to a placebo control group in a vaccine trial if there already exists a widely used vaccine for that disease.
-
As antivaxxers consistently fail to recognize, clinical trials balance science with ethics, given that such trials represent human experimentation. That's why it's unethical to do a randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial of the entire vaccine schedule at once.

Every real scientist understands the significance of proper calibration. This applies to clinical trials too.

No doubt he’s just listing some nonsense papers which weren’t actual safety studies for vaccines and don’t count. Plus, none of the vaccines will be on the current schedule. Total strawman as usual.

I already pointed out the problem with ethics. Rolling out poorly test products to the public, especially on ethical ground as an excuse is beyond unethical. Especially when done so arbitrarily as is the case with the CDC schedule. Violation of informed consent is unethical.

We could do a very large retrospective vaxxed vs unvaxxed study with data from the large HMO’s. Release the raw data and let statisticians deal with the variables and release their findings. This would be quick and ethical. There is a reason this will never be done

Vaccines have not been demonstrated to improve children's health. Quite the opposite.pic.twitter.com/CFDhJ2kPhB
