Wow, where to begin with opinions in this one...? False balance, strawman, cherrypicking, false cause, etc. Ironic take too, given Goop targets women & biggest critic is a woman (criticized by Goop men; https://www.insider.com/gwyneth-paltrow-goop-doctor-jen-gunter-controversy-feud-2017-7 …) cc: @tarahaelle #medsochttps://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/03/opinion/goop-gwyneth-paltrow-netflix.html …

Here’s one of many links Block has for her work with them. https://www.freebirthsociety.com/blogs/the-free-birth-podcast/author-jennifer-block-with-her-new-book-everything-below-the-waist-why-health-care-needs-a-feminist-revolution …

There is every reason to understand that African Americans as a whole would be more worried about racism in medicine and to conspiracies in medicine. It would be wrong not to mention it.

That doesn’t mean we let people get away with promoting pseudo-medicine to Black people. Because that only harms them more and does nothing to rectify racism. I doubt these people et al would appreciate the same argument being used against them being white
