If sanitation, clean drinking water & nutrition were responsible for reducing infectious disease incidence, you'd expect all pathogens to be knocked out in the same year. But no. Each disease starts to reduce JUST after its specific vaccine comes along. Amazing coincidence!

I interpret that differently: Vaccines rode in on the coattails of nature and created autoimmune disease and chronic illnesses in place of benign infections. Natural immunity had already been established through widespread exposure.

So vaccines eliminating diseases at different times in different countries was and is pure coincidence? Is that why chickenpox is still endemic in Mexico while measles isn't?

Measles had reduced by 98% before any vaccine was ever administered. The figures are easy to check. Scarlet fever has died out nicely and there’s never been a vaccine for it

Scarlet fever still occurs, it just that now days penicillin prevents the severe complications so it's no longer such a great concern.

And if you check the figures you’ll see scarlet fever was reducing before penicillin came along
