I did like both Blade Runner movies, but The Fugitive noses them out for its sheer sense of fun.

Both Alec Baldwin and John Krasinski worked better for me as Jack Ryan, partly because they made it easier to buy the premise that they were desk agents who got sucked into a situation out of their control.
