Not to mention that even if such a study existed, and even if it's results were repeated, the antivaxxers would still just deny it unless it gave the answer they already decided that they wanted to be told.

AVs would shift the goalpost and ask for something else. Eg, "have you included 6 different types of breakfast cereals and tested them for synergistic interaction?" Fact: Complex interactions are super rare. When we find one, we publish. Else, one should not chase the ghosts.

She’s asking for several studies not just one. If you are going to say that all vaccines are safe then you are just wrong. It’s not a black and white issue. Use some common sense, research and listen to your doctor.
