This sort of DNA test is nowhere near ready for prime time. The grift is strong in this company.

Yep. I lost nearly 45 lbs over the last year and a half through a combination of ruthless calorie counting and some exercise. Now that I'm at my desired weight, I'm still counting calories to figure out how much I can consume per day and not start to gain the weight back.

I had routine labs drawn as part of a regular visit to my doctor. I haven't had any drawn since I was about 10 lbs into the weight loss; so we'll see.
