Do you use the 5 year survival guide? When someone dies from cancer after 5 years, the death from cancer is not recorded. Am I right? Or are you using the BMJ study showing that chemotherapy actually kills 50% of cancer patients?

Gorski would never explore the harms of chemo. If the FDA approved it then it had to be good. Based on my relative's experience I know the harm and uselessness. But big $$$$$ for MSK.

As several new studies suggest c.3/4 of all cancer patients (& % rising all the time) make use of multiple alt med interventions alongside official oncology treatment, it's frankly not possible to rule such out as a key explanatory variable. Maybe some combo of factors pertains.
