In fairness, antivaxxers first started really demonizing aluminum more like 10-12 years ago, when the data showing autism prevalence continuing to climb unabated after thimerosol was removed from most childhood vaccines around 2001-2002 became incontrovertible.😏https://twitter.com/thereal_truther/status/1217852079600893953 …

Aluminum salts have been used safely in vaccines since 1932. They only became "dangerous" in 2018 when the AV industry realized the mercury and MMR theories were debunked & they needed a new "big bad." True. But after Vaxxed failed to do anything they really turned the heat up on Aluminum & have stuck with it ever since. We don't see many MMR causing autism claims anymore, since it has no aluminum. My prediction is still in play. By 2025 they'll blame the syringe.

I remember the first time an anti-vaxxer mentioned aluminium. I thought they’d gone mad.

I always ask about the risk from Gaviscon, which is half aluminum. They never answer.

Exley computed a mixed effects model with n=12 cases and n=20 controls? Based on a convenience sample? Come on... 🤣

David, I have the sense that Sears’s “The vaccine book”, published in October 2007, started the false narrative about aluminum in vaccines being a health menace
