OK, I'll bite. Please summarize your ideal study design, including: hypothesis; primary and secondary endpoints; overall study design (cohort, case control, etc.); inclusion/exclusion criteria; methods of controlling for confounders; how the analysis will be carried out; etc. 1/ https://twitter.com/JenniferMarguli/status/1212373452562190341 …

Seriously, it's easy to say
#dothestudy. Actually designing and carrying out a study that is both (1) ethical and (2) likely to provide a clinically valid and useful answer is not. 2/24 replies 4 retweets 64 likesShow this thread -

Also very easy to say
#dothestudy but apparently a whole lot harder to say that that means, or what the research question would be. So far, every time I ask what they mean, they haven't had a goal in mind, and couldn't say what question the study would answer1 reply 1 retweet 5 likes -

Their hypothesis always seems to boil down to: Vaccines are bad.

Maybe she’s hypothesizes that parents who reject
#vaccines may be less likely to use other scienve based treatments like antibiotics. Multiple studies already show that less vaccinated or unvaccinated children don’t have less infections. Ah, so there isn't even a basis in preliminary data to justify a study. Big surprise there.
