When operating with residents, even though I'm not a neurosurgeonI still sometimes like to say, "Don't tug on that. You never know what it might be attached to." Extra points when the resident recognizes where the quote came from.

Most residents don't, though, given that the movie "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension" is almost 36 years old; it came out several years before most of the residents I work with were born. God, I'm old.
