Thank your government for this: they will now start withholding payments to healthcare providers and hospitals because you didn’t like the cheese on your sandwich or the elevator was too slow

Yup. Parking complaints are very likely what ding our Press-Ganey scores the most. Of course, my hospital is in the middle of a large city; so of course parking is not as easy as it is in suburban locations.
