The recommendations are national. Not state by state. Mandates are state by state, but no state requires the full ACIP schedule, to my knowledge. He should at least know that.

Actually, even a single strain inactive virus vaccine could contain several antigens. But I doubt Del knows what an antigen is, considering he has chosen MMR as an example.

Why are you not counting the different bacterial strains in the meningoccocal vaccines? How do you define "dose"? By serotypes? Just by disease (even though different strains can cause the same and have individual immune responses)?
