Does honey for cough count?

No. That has solid evidence (so far) backing it. NHS NICE guidelines are based on literature reviews and science. https://www.nhs.uk/news/heart-and-lungs/honey-not-antibiotics-recommended-coughs/ …

My last UTI, the doctor recommended cranberry juice & probiotics w my antibiotic. That was after I told him I have interstitial cystitis.

I mean, the way the question was phrased, I’d say yes too, and I like to think that I practice EBM. Yoga is a form of exercise, so I recommend it. Mag for headaches, honey for cough... I don’t rec chiro, and only rec massage because it feels good (not as a Med tx).
