She means her "Govt says it, so it's automatically bad" ridiculous argument. Why yes, it does get old. OTOH, it's useful as a warning sign that the person saying it is of sub-standard IQ.

For one thing, car manufacturers can be held liable for faulty seatbelts or airbags whereas vaccine manufacturers are not as per the national vaccine injury act. And even taxpayers pay for their damages.

Not all vaccines - the Lyme Disease vaccine, for example, is not covered. And that's why my dog is fully vaccinated against Lyme, but my wife has permanent nerve damage. Antivax hysteria swamped the vaccine in lawsuits and they pulled it before she could get it. NVICP works.
