It’s a gateway message. Conservatives are susceptible to appeals to parental rights as a reason to oppose eliminating nonmedical exemptions to school vaccine mandates and then start listening to and being influenced by the antivax misinformation that goes along with that appeal.

Sure, not new, but "fnd effective" means it goes partisan, appeals to GOP politicians at local/state/fed level, who signal back in varying ways: AZ's Townsend (vax=communist); TX's Stickland (vax=sorcery) vs. NJ Cardinale, R. Paul. Maybe it's me but seems ramped up more of late.
