I got in a car accident 3 days after getting my last vaccine. It could have been the car speeding when it was icy. Or it could have been the vaccine. Should I report it?

All deaths of subjects on a clinical trial, whatever the cause of death, must be reported to the IRB. They don’t have to be reported to VAERS, though.
