Here’s an example of what I mean when I say that antivaxxers use the word “bully” to try to portray themselves as victims and thereby shut down criticism. 2/ https://respectfulinsolence.com/2015/11/27/on-vaccines-and-seeing-bullies-everywhere/ …

I guess I’ve bullied anti-vaxxers. I’m okay with that.

No, you've bullied mothers that don't understand what their kids have been through. I've met one pro-vaccination person from SBM who took the time to explain. The rest of you are just being jackasses for the fun of it.

I am grateful to you and
@doritmi for fighting for vaccines. People who spread disinformation are responsible for disabilities and deaths due to vaccine-preventable illnesses and for putting immunocompromised children at risk. -
They speak into an echo chamber, and occasionally find chum bait to get their rocks off. Dorit is respectful, but most are not. That is not science-based. They encourage hesitancy just to humor themselves. I personally can't stand that they represent science.

I've been accused of the same by Anthropogenic Global Warming deniers and other science deniers for countering their lies/misinformation. It's obviously just an attempt to play "the victim" when their arguments fail.
