Yep. I Iost 35 lbs. and counting over the last year or so by ruthlessly counting calories using and app (and exercising). The only way to get around logging is eating the same thing every day where you already know the calories. Maybe just for breakfast and lunch, then you only have to log for dinner.

That would work but be boring. Actually, though, during the week at least, I sort of am doing more or less that. Very small breakfast that's the same most days and, uh-oh, lunch being one of two or three things every day. God, I am boring...
