Uhm...that's how many vaccine reactions have been compensated. Not allrctns are compensated. To me, this is the big lie.

Vaccine court does not require proof of causation. You are welcome.

How much do you know about vaccine court? Are you a lawyer? Have you consulted a lawyer? Do you know how a lawsuit works? Have you ever filed an injury claim?

Let me ask you.... You think doctors are wrong and your Google degree is more valid then their doctorate. Yet lawyers know everything. Is that what you believe? Lawyers do not decide science.

I don’t have a google degree, I have a masters degree. You can stop insults. Vaccine injuries are supported by science, justice for them is supposed to be upheld by the legal system.

You have a master's degree. Good then you should really understand what we are telling you. Vaccine court does not require proof of causation. Settlements do not mean injury was caused by vaccines.

In other words, OJ Simpson was found innocent during is criminal trial, because the nature of that trial requires “beyond a reasonable doubt” he was found financially liable in claims court because there is no criminal aspect of it.

If you think oj was found "innocent" you have no idea how courts work "not guilty"=\="innocent".

You’re right. I misused the words. He was found not guilty, doesn’t = innocence, but my point remains the same. In a criminal proceeding y there is guilt. Not in claims, therefore the US can deny vaccine injury=guilt, but it does find vaccines liable for the injury.

It errs in the side of causation. Where a regular civil court does not. With table injuries causation is assumed

Correct. If anything, the Vaccine Court is easier to win in than regular court, and that’s by design.
