Also she has always been very clear on stating she is speaking about what she felt has benefited her personally . I have seen DRS recommend drug treatments for less noble reasons

She's Not "recommending" it. It helps her. So shut it.

She is indirectly promoting it by highlighting her use of it and her success with it. Broadcasting her success with the treatment implies that it was the treatment that caused it and thus others may follow in her foot steps.
