Hey as long as we're talking about quacks, what's up with chiropractors being allowed to stick "Dr" on their shingle?

How about chiropractors being able to spew antivax rhetoric using their title/business here in WA? It’s considered “free speech” here.

I wonder if there are any such oncologists in
@ASCO?

If only we could kick some ass on anti-VAX medical practitioners like they do in Australia.

Sears and Palevsky aren’t on the AAP member directory. There are ongoing discussions about how to handle other cases like the third one you mentioned

I can’t speak to enforcement of AAP membership standards, but I tried to add on a Council membership last week & this came up, which is the first time I can recall seeing anything from the AAP about suspension or revocation. I suspect though that passed Boards & paid fees=memberpic.twitter.com/3BxRxWt7zO

How much have you been paid Dr Eve? As much as Richard Pan?

I'm not paid to advocate for vaccines - they are worthwhile to support so we can get our kids protected against diseases that harm and kill them. Vaccines aren't profitable for a practice like mine either.pic.twitter.com/0MfxTFLF6W

Palevsky and Sears don’t WANT to belong to the AAP. That’s why they aren’t members.
