Yup. I see “OK Boomer” as the Millennial version of Boomers dismissing their parents and grandparents 50 years ago. I hope to live long enough to start to see the children and grandchildren of Millennials do the same to them in my extreme old age.

Nah, the whole notion that age inevitably brings selfishness is a Boomer self defense for what they know is wrong - that their generation made the country worse for the next. We will return to an older tradition - leaving the world a better place for our kids.

Even if that turns out to be true (and I’m not sure it will) the younger generation always complains about the older generation and vice-versa. It’s been human nature since Ancient Greece.

Every generation should be critical of their parents, because they can see what they screwed up. No generation should be critical of those that followed, because they raised them, so what the youngs screw up is also their fault. ;)
