But avoiding harassment at work IS a legitimate reason to use a pseudonym! Harassing critics by complaining to their bosses about their online activities is how antivaxers and quacks roll. It's their go-to move to try to intimidate critics to silence.

His criticism of anon accounts reveals his inexperience in dealing with the AV movement. He says (in podcast) "it's a lot easier to just tweet about it. It's a lot harder to...bring about meaningful change." As if people that tweet about the AVers aren't also trying to do this...
