Of course, the article is about case reports on Twitter, and I never write about patients (at least not my own) on Twitter. So I'm not sure how applicable the above advice is .

Whenever I post a tweet on Facebook written by a doctor that contains a typo, people jump on the chance to say something ridiculous like, "how can we trust a doctor that doesn't even notice their own typos?!" Unbelievably ridiculous. It's just social media. Refuckinlax, people.

I edit on reread. If Christians or Republicans are offended, they can block of course. I would not work with anyone who would claim offense. I am retired & work only by choice. I had respected some of them years ago. trump voters are dead to me, immediately blocked and shunned
