That's a broad question, not easily answerable on Twitter. In the case of the antivaccine movement, the press no longer feels anywhere near as obligated to do "both sides" stories and antivax misinformation is increasingly deplatformed. Those are wins.

Unfortunately, some antivaxers have stumbled onto the strategy of tying their message to conservative messages of opposition to regulation, parental rights, and freedom, which has resulted in significant swaths of

What I find so stunning is that your ego can’t see through the fact that you are trying to dictate what others must advocate or fight. Though we appear to be on the same side, what you are doing is fighting your allies, which is wholly counterproductive. Take a step back.

I mean, it's fine if he disagrees with skeptics about this (he's wrong, of course
), but the underlying assumption that skeptics just reflexively reject this criticism unthinkingly is incorrect.2 replies 1 retweet 15 likes
I mean, I'd be happy to consider again the relative value is quackbusting versus the sorts of things Vinay does, but I need something to pursuade me that I should consider this question for the umpteenth time, some evidence, an argument that's at least somewhat novel.
