Dr. Gorski has been blogging about pseudoscience since 2005. Providing extensive information and valuable tools. You’re not providing constructive feedback. You’re dismissing.

That's a broad question, not easily answerable on Twitter. In the case of the antivaccine movement, the press no longer feels anywhere near as obligated to do "both sides" stories and antivax misinformation is increasingly deplatformed. Those are wins.

Unfortunately, some antivaxers have stumbled onto the strategy of tying their message to conservative messages of opposition to regulation, parental rights, and freedom, which has resulted in significant swaths of

You have not actually shown that his efforts are either counter productive or ineffective. You haven’t given substantive feedback, either: you dismissed. I would be very interested in seeing your work on science communication that is the basis for that dismissal.

Exactly. Dr. Prasad gloats that negative feedback hurts. Maybe, but not as much as he seems to think, and negative feedback is not nearly as useful without positive specific examples or suggestions of how to do it better, neither of which he has provided.

Again, telling people “don’t focus on the problems you see” isn’t positive feedback. That, too, is dismissal.
