Ah yes, I guess I should have been exercising when I was so ill, I couldn’t even hold down water. When I was so exhausted it felt like a herculean task to walk from bed to bathroom. I just needed to do more jumping jacks apparently!

Yes indeed- however cancer patients are still routinely not encouraged to exercise. It iis the paradigm shift needed here. Not all cancer patients can exercise. But those that can- should.

Those that need medical guidance should be referred to cancer rehab PT or ex phys. We can all join in and make life better for cancer patients everywhere.

When my mom was undergoing chemo she could barely walk from the patient drop off to the waiting room. Not sure exercise was an option
