I got my MMR today. I happen to be in the age range where I might not be immune.

That's what the reccomendations were from the CDC, I read a while ago. Basically, it's cheaper than titers check and it's quicker to address.

Good practice to follow. Sadly, vaccine immunity does not persist as long as we'd prefer. It'd be better if we simply had universal acceptance of the vaccine and solid community immunity.

That is smart! I had chicken pox twice as kid so I had titers for MMRV run a few years ago, justs to see. All good! MMR from 1992 still going strong.
