Of note the USPSTF specifically excluded high risk genetic cohorts for
#PancreaticCancer from their “do not screen” guidelines. The USPSTF is not a research tool - they provide population level guidance based on best evidence on hand. From my perspective below:pic.twitter.com/vJoQwdt2NQ

The articLe is political drivel. High risk patients are an entirely different thing and no one follows general guidelines for high risk patients. Also, if there are symptoms, it’s not screening anymore.
