No. He isn't. Invoking the Nuremberg Code and claiming vaccine mandates are against them are among the dumbest antivaccine tropes.https://respectfulinsolence.com/2012/07/10/school-vaccine-mandates-are-against-the-nuremberg-code/ …

It's also amusing that
@RobSchneider can't even correctly name what he's talking about. The Nuremberg LAWS were the laws passed by the Nazis in 1935 to strip Jews of their citizenship rights.1 reply 1 retweet 9 likes -
In contrast, the Nuremberg CODE was the code written after the postwar Nuremberg Trials, in which basic principles of ethics and human research subject protections in medical research were proposed. Schneider clearly means the Nuremberg Code, not the Nuremberg Laws.

It's not as though this hasn't been pointed out to him before, but Schneider's been making this very simple error at least since 2012.https://respectfulinsolence.com/2012/06/29/makin-copies-of-antivaccine-nonsense-against-california-bill-ab-2019/ …

Sadly, @RobSchneider is not the only antivaxer who deceptively invokes the Nuremberg Code and claims that vaccine mandates violate that code. For example, @NVICLoeDown made some spectacularly ahistorical claims herself.https://respectfulinsolence.com/2017/11/08/vaccine-awareness-week-misinformed-consent-course-nazis-eugenics/ …
