Sweden is regional - so every region has universal insurance but they direct it. That is still universal health care

Sweden, Singapore, Scotland, UK, Canada - have all asked us for help with their systems. Heading to Sweden for another talk in October. Our Alaska system has worked quite well. I would like single payer here - doesn’t affect quality who pays. But it would eliminate a middleman
