Sweden is regional - so every region has universal insurance but they direct it. That is still universal health care

Sort of - it is available but as you can see - not like they are thinking here. Some say Singapore is hybrid or capitalist but over 80% is public funded. In France, hard to find a place that takes anything but public but everyone has it
