Seen elsewhere: If you truly believe that Trump's "go back to where they came from" statement wasn't racist, try saying it to a nonwhite person at your place of employment and see how long you remain employed.

Being fired does not prove it’s a racist remark. It only proves your employer has bowed to social pressure. I’ve seen whites tell other whites to “love it or leave it” which expresses the same sentiment and can be considered rude or out of line but is not inherently racist.

No. Telling someone to “leave” is not the same as telling them to “go back home”. Especially when they already ARE home.

You mean it's OK to say it to a white person?

If that person is Mr. Trump saying this to a non-white person in his work place, he won't lose his job. He will just pay his way out of it and twist the story. From what I've read, the pattern had already been set.

If you truly believe it's ok to go to someone else's house and tell them how to run it then you deserve to go back to your badly run house and suffer there in silence That's all
