I will own SJW. Yes I am one. My entire career is dedicated to the treatment of trauma, a disease largely spread by social injustice. We keep people alive in defiance of all the systemic violence and racism that has been designed or allowed to persist to hurt our patients.

You can’t do this job for long without seeing it. If you care for victims you can not help but observe the structures designed to create victims, and keep victimizing them all the way into the grave.
