It's interesting that the people who believe that throwing a milkshake in someone's face shouldn't be considered assault are often the same people who believe that 'saying things' should be.

Legally, milkshaking is assault, but it is not aggravated assault. It can also be a form of civil disobedience, in which cases the perpetrators should willingly submit themselves for prosecution.

Wow. What a take... all those poor women who were attacked with acid for not submitting to men, it was just "civil disobedience". What's next? Showing ankles is proof a woman gets raped asked for it, too?
