100%. And assuming that just because they are poor, they must be dirty and unvaccinated. The rest of the world knows that vaccines aren't luxuries. They are necessities.

In my latino country (Costa Rica) everyone gets vaccinated because vaccines are free and legally mandatory. If you refuse to vaccinate your children, child services can take them away. The breakouts we've had recently are from tourists, and yes, US tourists included

Plus, *if* some of the immigrants are unvaccinated, it's way cheaper to give them vaccines than to jail them, and take their toddlers away and hand them to the care of other children in baby jails. So even if the premise were true the conclusion wouldn't be.

While you're correct some of these countries vaccinate way more. There is a history of immigrants bringing illnesses with them. I.e. Europeans bringing diseases that effected Native Americans.
