Why do real physicians with real MDs become homeopaths? It's never made sense to me.

I agree that homeopaths don’t attend medical school. But homeopathic and naturopathic doctors, who are licensed in many states, do have nutrition classes as part of their training. Only about 25% of US med schools offer a nutrition class. So who is better trained in nutrition?
