Sounds like you're an unhappy camper. One of the biggest patient satisfaction points that is derogatory for people is doling out the medications, even when patients don't need them. Unnecessary medications make for unfavorable outcomes.

Commercialised medicine does that. Not patient satisfaction scores. Yours this was a part of my PhD you know.

I heard an interview with a medical economist who stated that the science indicates that high satisfaction scores are correlated with higher costs but poorer outcomes.
