Yep. Medical school and residency train you to take care of patients. It's a complex skill set based on science, but it's not science. It's also not really about critical thinking outside the parameters of known medical science. Taking Six Sigma training changed so much about how I looked at my health care. I paid attention to the statistics and what they actually meant to me. Same with work and home exposure to chemicals.

Similar here! I took the MedSchool Neuroanatomy class that everybody said was the hardest class ever. And I also took 1st year GradSchool Neuroanatomy (in Psychology Dept.!). Wow, the latter was definitely not only harder, but far more complete, more in depth, and more accurate.
