Absolutely not. The point is that patients paying out of pocket is a growing trend due to NHS cuts. And this trend likely to continue. Many patients who are in agony waiting for a hip replacement are being forced to pay from their own savings. That's the point.

A point you illustrated by using an example of Brits using crowdfunding to pay for quackery. What else am I supposed to think other than that you think the NHS should fund quackery? You couldn't find an example that wasn't blatant quackery to illustrate your point?
