There is no such thing as chronic Lyme disease, medically and scientifically speaking.
social darwinism — https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5657841/ … — how else will “chronic Lyme disease” sufferers *actually contract* life-threatening illnesses?pic.twitter.com/SxVohi8zFf
The deeply flawed study you cited has been ripped to shreds about 150 times.
it’s a review of 5 different (peer-reviewed) placebo-controlled trials... in what sense can a review be deeply flawed, and how do you rip it to shreds? i’ll take 1 reference or 150
@missassunshine i too can find the list of "Peer Reviewed Evidence of Persistence of Lyme Disease..." (http://drgregorybach.com/media/accfb900cef6fda5ffff80d0ffffe905.pdf …) and your ability to copy+paste it does not persuade me, nor does this list of wildly misinterpreted research. do not @ me 300+ times please
@missassunshine instead of linking all these studies, could you interpret just one?
i’m confused — how does a mouse study (with limited capacity for symptom assessment) based on non-validated clinical data showing that the mice respond well to the usual antibiotics we give people for diagnosed Lyme infections count as a win? we use doxy+ ceftriaxone+ macrolides
Because mouse studies always trump human data, silly. Except when they don't.
