There is no such thing as chronic Lyme disease, medically and scientifically speaking.

The deeply flawed study you cited has been ripped to shreds about 150 times. 😴

it’s a review of 5 different (peer-reviewed) placebo-controlled trials... in what sense can a review be deeply flawed, and how do you rip it to shreds? i’ll take 1 reference or 150

Hi Jenny, taking a step back, what can we agree on? I see a lot of patients in pain, desperate for a solution to their problems. I also see that fake medicine can trick us. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the questions here:https://lymescience.org/fake-medicine-video/ …

I know because I’ve talked to thousands of patients. How many have you or others who want to deny the existence or chronic Lyme talked to? No matter how you slice or dice this, Lyme disease is a more complicated illness than @gorskon acknowledge.

I have also talked to many patients, both in person and online. Why do you think LymeScience exists? To advocate for the rights and wellbeing of patients, especially the children who are abused by quacks who market themselves as “#Lyme literate”https://lymescience.org/misdiagnosed-quack-lyme-literate-llmd/ …

It's the same reason @ScienceBasedMed exists, except not just for chronic Lyme. My main two niches involve dealing with cancer quackery and the quackery associated with the antivaccine movement, but I've studied most forms of quackery.

Then, I have the same regard for you. I appreciate all efforts to help patients. I ask that you consider being part of the solution, though, as opposed to contributing to a decades old problem of misdiagnosis and lack of or poor treatment options.

Many times, symptoms can wax and wane, and an ineffective treatment can often wrongly take the credit. Herbs and spices are great on chicken but won't help with #Lymehttps://lymescience.org/herbs-supplements-chronic-lyme/ …
