Per our Constitution, in this country: 1. Hate speech is protected speech. 2. The government can't make me do anything that goes against my religious beliefs. 3. The press is not "the enemy of the people." 4. I can carry a gun whenever & wherever I want to protect what's mine.

The Constitution doesn't say you can carry a gun whenever and where you want, and you can't go around shooting people to "protect what's yours." And "fighting words" are not protected speech.
