Every time something hideous like this shows up online there's a rush to pin it on rural/Southern/Appalachian ignorance. The ideologies illustrated in this sign are everywhere in the USA, not limited to traditionally scapegoated communities or regions.

The sign does make some legitimate points.. Most of them actually (Though I don't recognize all the people/situations referenced). Which part exactly do you find objectionable? I disagree with the 'coal miners have it worse than slaves' part, but that's about it.
