You forget that it's a conditional probability: IF exposed to measles. Note that vaccinated people can get measles too--and might be able to transmit it (if exposed) even if not symptomatic.

This might be your most inane reply yet. No one forgot that you have to be exposed to measles to be infected. Not everyone is as baffled by ID as you apparently are. And of course someone who is infected can infect others. You say this as if it's an argument against vaccines.
