However, if you look at the numbers add percentages of the relevant population (measles cases in vaccinated/# vaccinated compared to measles cases in unvaccinated/@ unvaccinated) you'll find that the risk of getting measles is ~30-folks higher in the unvaccinated. It's just math.

You forget that it's a conditional probability: IF exposed to measles. Note that vaccinated people can get measles too--and might be able to transmit it (if exposed) even if not symptomatic.
