I suspect the reason is that she considers no childhood vaccine to be safe and effective; i.e., that she is indeed an antivaxer but doesn't want to admit it or make it very clear that that's what she is. 2/

I see this sort of dancing around the question a lot whenever I ask an antivaxer who denies being an antivaxer, claiming instead to be a vaccine safety or parental choice advocate, which vaccines she considers safe and effective. 3/
