It's a perfect example of Poe's law. It's hard to tell on the surface whether that Tweet is real or parody, given amount of brain dead things I've seen real antivaxers write.

Also: No it didn't. Plague cycled about 20 years. It was just cycling in less severe plagues with occasional major epidemics, the most recent of which was in the mid-18th century.
